通心络对老年人稳定型心绞痛的疗效及左室舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的对通心络治疗老年人稳定型心绞痛的疗效及左室舒张功能的影响进行评估。方法选择100例≥60岁的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例。两组均按常规服用西药。治疗组加用通心络胶囊,疗程12周。观察治疗前后两组心绞痛发作、缺血性ST-T及左室舒张功能的变化情况。结果①症状控制及缺血ST-T改善治疗组均优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②左室舒张功能治疗组E峰值及E/A前后治疗后比较有统计学意义,而对照组治疗前后无明显变化;两组比较,E峰值及E/A在治疗后亦有显著性差异,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论通心络对于缓解老年人稳定型心绞痛症状、改善心肌缺血有确切疗效,长期使用还可以改善左室舒张功能。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and effect on left ventricle diastolic function of the senile stable angina pectoris by using a chinese medicine Tong xin luo. Methods Choose 100 cases of senile stable angina pectoris and divided into treatment group and control randomly, 50 cases each. Both group using western medicine normally and treatment group using Tong xin luo capsules additionally with 12 weeks of treatment course. The observing the numbers of angina pectoris attacts, changes of ST-T and left ventricle diastolic function. Results ①The treatment group was superior to control group in improving symptoms and ischemic ST-T line with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05） ; ②There were significant differences （P 〈 0. 01 ） in the treatment group itself before and after treatment in changes of left ventricle diastolic function while the control group has no significant differences. And treatment group was superior to control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion Tong xin luo has certain therapeutic effect in improving senile stable angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia as well as left ventricle diastolic function after long-term use.
