肾癌螺旋CT及超声诊断对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肾癌患者的螺旋CT及超声诊断价值。方法对18例经B超及螺旋CT检查,并经手术病理证实的肾癌病例进行回顾性分析。结果B超定性诊断肾癌13例(13/18),诊断可疑肾癌4例(4/18),假阴性(手术病理证实为肾囊肿)1例。螺旋CT定性诊断肾癌15例(15/18),诊断可疑肾癌2例(2/18),假阴性(手术病理证实为肾上腺肿瘤)1例。结论超声及螺旋CT检查是诊断肾癌的重要手段,螺旋CT对肾癌的确定诊断有较高价值。Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy of Ultrasonographic and spiral CT in renal carcinoma. Methods Ultrasonographic and Spiral CT findings of 18 patients with surgical-pathologically proved renal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results With ultrasonography, 13 cases （13/18） were correctly diagnosed, 4 cases （4/18） were suspiciously diagnosed and one case was misdiagnosed as renal cyst, 15 cases （15/18） were diagnosed correctly, 2 cases （2/18） were suspiciously diagnosed and one case was misdiagnosed as adrenic tumor by spiral CT. Conclusion Both Ultrasonongraphy and spiral CT are important techniques in making diagnosis of renal carcinoma, spiral CT is more valuable in qualitative diagnosis.
