摘　　要：水汶水电站扩建工程采取EPC总承包方式，总承包单位中标后，通过建立完善的分包组织体系和管理体系，落实管理职责，对分包单位实施一体化管理，确保总承包项翦按合同约定顺利交付使用。EPC （Engineering, Procurement and Construction） contract is adopted by Shuiwen Electric Power Station. After EPC contractor i EPCC ） won the bid, the EPC contract can be completed as the contracted schedule, by improving the management organization system for subcontractors and the management system, implementing management responsibilities and managing the subcontractors in integrative way.
