从资本逻辑到生产逻辑——西方马克思主义关于欧洲一体化的理论解释

摘　　要：长期以来,学界对欧洲一体化的理论解释一直局限于国家与超国家的分析路径。西方马克思主义指出,欧洲一体化的本源性驱动力在于资本的国际化以及资本主义生产方式的变革。虽然国家垄断资本主义、新葛兰西主义等不同的理论分支对欧洲一体化的理解体现出巨大的差异性,但西方马克思主义作为一个整体,各分支都立足于欧洲一体化分析的资本主义的总体观,并且秉承了历史唯物主义的方法论。作者认为,欧洲一体化并非是物质基础"缺位"的发展进程,而是资本国际化以及资本主义生产方式变革所导致的新的社会历史现象,一体化的深化以及欧盟权力的扩张,实际上是资本主义生产方式的变革以及资本主义社会和政治进行不断调整的结果。While traditional theories of European integration have long since been restricted within the intergovernmental and supranational approaches,the Western Marxist theorists have innovatively revealed that European integration is driven by the internationalization of capital and capitalist production reform. Based on a hypothetical survey conducted,this author would like to point out that despite the different factions (state-monopoly capitalism,neo-Gramscian perspectives) having developed separate ideas regarding European integration,The Western Marxist theories (as one school) are all based on a thorough understanding of capitalist systems. Hence,they take the historical materialist approach methodologically. Given all the evidence,this author would like to further conclude that European integration is not without materialist bases. It is,in fact,a completely new historical and social phenomena resulting from the internationalization of capital and capitalist production reform as well as the deepening of integration and European Union power expansion originating from the demands of capital accumulation and social/political progresses in capitalism.
