摘  要:利用有限元方法研究了水润滑轴承的三维模态及其应力分布规律和谐响应结果,模态频率与实验结果基本一致。由水润滑轴承的物理模型建立其三维数值分析模型,并应用有限元工具求解,分析了外壳材料对特征频率的影响关系,并着重探讨了内外层材料结合对谐响应的影响规律,为降低试验成本以及材料设计和结构改进提供依据。Three-dimensional modal, stress distribution law and harmonic responsemodal of water-lubricated bearings were studied by using finite element method. The eigenfrequencies are nearly identical to the experimental results. 3D numerical analysis model was built according to the physical model of water-lubricated bearings and it was solved with the finite element software. The influence of outer shell material on the eigenfrequencies was analyzed and the influence law of the binding between inner rubber and outer shell materials on harmonic response was studied with much emphases. The results offer important basis for reducing experimental cost and improving material and structure design.
