摘 要:以某炼油厂气体分馏装置动态模拟系统开发为背景,以脱丙烷塔为例,建立了精馏过程的严格动态机理模型,并基于动态机理模型进行了系统的动态模拟与分析。针对以往动态模型求解算法中采用迭代计算多组分混合物泡点时,存在运算量大、模型难以收敛的问题,提出了一种基于支持向量机回归模型计算混合物泡点的新算法,以提高机理模型的计算效率。为避免动态模型不收敛,模型的初值采用稳态模型计算得到。仿真结果表明,新模型能较好的模拟装置生产操作状况,模型的计算效率有较大提高,为动态模拟系统的开发应用与装置优化提供了支持。In order to develop the dynamic simulation system of the gas fractionation equipments, the propane distillation column was chosen as a case and a rigorous equilibrium dynamic model was developed. Based on this model, the distillation process system was simulated and analyzed. To improve the computing efficiency, a novel algorithm based on the support vector machine regression was adopted to predict the vapor-liquid equilibrium. In order to solve the differential-algebraic equations, the results of the steady-state mechanical model were used as the initialization value of the dynamic model. The simulation results show that the dynamic model is consistent with the actual production value and the computing efficiency is improved. The new dynamic model will be applied for the simulation system developing and the equipments optimization.
