摘　　要：利用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析了黑龙江省７０年代以前推广种植的６３个主要小麦品种的ＨＭＷ麦谷蛋白亚基。根据Ｐａｙｎｅ等人的方法，计算了其Ｇｌｕ－１品质得分。结果表明，黑龙江省５０年代以前（包括５０年代）推广种植的２２个小麦品种，其Ｇｌｕ－１的平均分数为８．０５分；６０年代推广的１５个品种，其Ｇｌｕ－１的平均数为８．０３分；７０年代推广的２６个品种，其Ｇｌｕ－１的平均分数为７．３５分。本文分析了这一结果的成因，讨论了我省小麦育种的策略和方法。お? The grain proteins of 63 Heilongjiang province-grown spring wheat cultivars were fractionated by SDS-PAGE to determine their HMW glutenin subunit composition The Glu-1 quality score was calculated for all cultivars analysed based on the quality rating system of Payne and his co-workers The results indicated that Heilongjiang province wheat cultivars have an average Glu-1 quality score of 805, 803 and 735 before 1960's, in 1960s and 1970s, respectively The relationship between HMW glutenin subunits composition and the lineage of cultivars was analysed The results are discussed in relation to future strategies recommended to wheat breeders for developing new Cultivars with improved bread-making quality in Heilongjiang province
