摘 要:采用游离小孢子培养方法,构建了甘蓝型油菜(保604×Topas)F1代的DH群体,利用该群体估测了株高、分枝高度、主花序长度、全株角果数、每角粒数、角果密度、果长和千粒重8个数量性状的遗传力、基因数目及基因间的互作方式。通过估算各性状的偏度和峰度系数分析影响各性状的基因作用方式表明,影响株高的多基因间无互作,控制千粒重的多基因间亦无互作,而分别控制分枝高度、全株角果数和角果密度各性状的多基因存在互补作用,分别影响主花序长度、每角粒数和角果长度的多基因存在重叠作用。The heritability, the number of segregating gene and the type of gene interaction of 8 quantitative traits were analysed based on a doubled haploid population of Brassica napus L. obtained through microspore culture from the F1 of a cross between “Bao 604”and “Topas”. It was shown that the 8 traits, i.e., plant height, branch position, length of main raceme, pods/plant,number of seeds per pod, pod density, length of pod and 1000seed weight, had the heritability of 0.68, 0.46, 0.63,0.87, 0.74, 0.86, 0.54 and 0.34 respectively, while the number of segregating genes of those characteristics were 7.4, 21.1, 12.0, 17.4, 11.2, 19.9, 17.5 and 18.8. According to estimated coefficients of skewness(g1) and kurtosis (g2) of the traits tested, the genic interaction was found absent for plant height and 1000seed weight.Complementary interaction was detected for branch position, number of pods/plant and pod density, duplicate interaction was observed for length of main raceme,number of seeds per pod and length of pod.
