摘　　要：针对SEA方法的要求,提出了评估炮兵无人侦察机侦察效能的3个主要性能度量(M OP)。结合信息化战场环境,建立炮兵无人侦察机侦察效能动态评估模型,为其作战使用提供了理论依据。According to the request of System Effectiveness Analysis method, the paper proposes three main Measure of Performs of Artillery Unmanned Aerial Vehicle system. The SEA model for evaluating the active effectiveness analysis of Artillery UAV system is established under the message war conditions, and offers the foundation for combat application of the UAV.
