摘  要:利用 ISSR 分子标记对一批野生蘑菇进行分子鉴别,从选用的60个 ISSR 引物中,筛选出11个引物,对供试的14个菌株基因组 DNA 进行扩增,获得的指纹图谱清晰稳定、多态性强.结果表明,在获得的116个条带中,74.1%是多态性条带,相似系数从0.32到0.72.用NTSYS 软件进行聚类分析,野生蘑菇与双孢蘑菇的相似系数较低,最高的仅在0.7的水平上.研究结果袁明,该批野生蘑菇有明显的遗传多样性,可以作为蘑菇杂交育种的资源.The genetic diversity of 14 strains including wild Agricus were analyzed by ISSR marker. 11 primers which have been screened from 60 ISSR primers could be used to amplify the genomes of all these 14 strains, and to gain the clear and stable fingerprint maps with strong polymorphism. The result showed that 74.1 percent of the total 116 bands gained were polymorphic ones, and the similarity coefficients ranged from 0.32 to 0.72. The similarity coefficients cluster-analyzed by NTSYSpc software between the wild strains and the cultivated strains were low, and the highest level was only 0.7. It could be revealed that these wild strains among which there were great genetic diversity might be used as the cross-breeding resources.
