摘 要:用复合凝聚法制备了包覆红白电泳显示液的明胶-羧甲基纤维素(CMC)电子墨水微胶囊。考察了壁材用量、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)用量、反应温度、搅拌速度对微胶囊粒径的分布及其形貌的影响。实验结果表明,在明胶与羧甲基纤维素的体积比为5∶1,SDS用量为1.3~1.7g/L,反应温度为40℃,搅拌速度为600~800r/min,pH值为3.5~3.8的条件下可以制得具有透明囊壁且粒度分布较均匀的微胶囊。微胶囊中的粒子在直流电场作用下发生移动,响应时间为14s。Functional gelatin-carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) microcapsules containing a red/white electrophoretic suspension have been prepared using a complex coacervation method. The optimized experimental conditions were identified. The results showed when the volume ratio of gelatin and CMC was 5 : 1, the amount of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was 1.3 - 1.7 g/L, the reaction temperature was 40℃, the stirring speed was 600 - 800 r/min, and the pH was 3.5 - 3.8, narrow size distributions of microcapsules with transparent surfaces were obtained. Such microcapsules containing the red/white suspension showed a response time of 14 s in electrophoretic displays with a direct current electric field.
