摘　　要：针对目前基于海事卫星C站所提供的平台存在系统功能单一、操作界面不友好、通信带宽窄等问题,提出了基于海事卫星C系统和BGAN的邮件系统。根据海事卫星C系统和BGAN的现有业务,利用地面站与陆地网络之间X.25协议进行数据通信,将系统分为通信服务模块、邮件服务模块和Web服务模块分别进行设计。系统实现了以电子邮件方式处理船岸之间数据通信的功能。In the view of the problem including simple system functions, unfriendly interface and narrow bandwidth, which existed in current platform provided by Inmarsat-C, a vessel Email system on ship based on Inmarsat-C and BGAN is proposed. As the Inmarsat-C and BGAN system provides many services for the ship-to-shore communication, X. 25 protocol is used in the data communication between land earth station and terrestrial network. And the system is divided into communication service module, mail service module and web service module. Each module is designed respectively. The system realizes the function of data communication between ship and shore by the way of Email.
