摘　　要：通过对西安市近200家大型公共建筑能耗实地调研情况的分析和评价,探讨实践分项计量必要性,提出了一种大型公共建筑无线远程实时监测抄表系统,既能为政府决策提供数据基础,又能为自己找到节能潜力与途径,利于国家建筑节能运行管理制度落到实处,实现大型公共建筑节能降耗目标。Through analysis and evaluation of energy consumption on-site survey near 200 large-scale public building in Xi＇an, the necessity of subentry measure was discussed. The program of wireless long-distance real-time supervision was put forward, which rot only provides the data foundation for government policy decision, but finds the method and potential for energy-saving. At the same time, it can implement national building energy-soving management system and come up to the aim of energy-saving of large public building.
