青年磨牙症伴深覆患者使用前牙平面导板治疗前后的咬合分析

摘　　要：目的通过对青年磨牙症伴深覆的患者使用前牙平面导板,利用咬合力计进行治疗前后咬合指标的测量分析,为治疗磨牙症提供理论支持。方法选取青年磨牙症伴深覆且近期没有正畸治疗计划者8例,在戴用前牙平面导板治疗前以及治疗后1个月和3个月时分别用咬合力计对其进行咬合指标的测量。结果治疗后1个月和3个月时患者的磨牙症评分、双侧力比值、早接触、左右侧干扰以及后退干扰均有显著变化,前伸干扰及深覆的变化无统计学意义。结论青年磨牙症伴深覆患者使用前牙平面导板治疗有效。咬合因素与磨牙症有十分密切的关系。Objective To analyze the change of occlusion in the treatment of youth bruxism with deep overbite using flat bite plate. To find out the relation between occlusal changes and bruxism in order to invent new device to cure bruxism. Methods 8 cases who would not have orthodontic plan in the near future were chosen from the volunteers with bruxism and deep overbite. All the cases were treated with flat bite plates. Some occlual index of every patient were analysed prior, one month and three months after the treatment. Results Bruxism scores, the ratio of right and left bite force, premature contact, lateretrusive interference and retruded interference changed significantly on~ month and three months after the treatment. There was no significant changes in the degree of deep overbite and protrusive interference. Conclusion Flat bite plate is useful for youth bruxism with deep overbite. Occlusion has great relation to bruxism.
