摘　　要：微笑是开心时情感的自然流露,越来越多的口腔正畸医生把微笑美作为矫治目标之一。如何才能让患者拥有最自信、最迷人的微笑,成为众多口腔正畸医生所关注的问题。影响微笑美的因素较多,它是水平向和垂直向以及时间等多种因素共同作用的结果。只有充分了解影响和制约微笑美的各种因素,才能真正做到让患者拥有迷人的微笑。本文就正面微笑的美学研究作一综述。Smiling is the natural flow of the emotion when one is happy. Attractive smiling is becoming one of the treatment goals of orthodontists. How to make the patients have most confident, attractive smiling is the focus issue of numerous orthodontists nowadays. There are many factors affecting smiling esthetics, including horizontal, vertical, temporal aspects. To get the patients with attractive smiling, various factors need to be investigated. The literatures about frontal smiling esthetics in orthodontic clinic was reviewed in this article.
