摘 要:目的研究从猪胆汁中用超声波技术辅助提取胆红素的方法。方法考察超声波功率、频率、处理时间及处理温度等因素对胆红素提取的影响,通过SAS8.2统计系统分析正交试验结果。结果优化后的工艺条件为:超声波功率320 W,频率72 kHz,处理温度30℃,处理时间20 min时,胆红素提取率提高15%。结论超声波处理能提高胆汁中胆红素提取率。Objective To study the extraction technology for bilirubin by ultrasonic assist with the porcine bile as the raw material. Methods The influences of ultrasonic power, frequency, processing time and temperature were investigated in the extraction of bilirubin and the SASS. 2 software was applied to analyze the result of orthogonal experiment. Results The optimized reaction conditions were as following: ultrasonic power of 320 W, frequency of 72 kHz, processing temperature at 30 ℃, ultrasonic processing time of 20 min. The extraction ratio of bilirubin was increased by 15%. Conclusion The ultrasonic treatment can improve the extraction ratio of bile bilirubin.
