摘  要:目的用高效液相色谱法测定余甘子中没食子酸含量。方法以C18色谱柱为分析柱,甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(5:95)为流动相,检测波长273nm。结果没食子酸的进样量在0.0280~2.795μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,回收率99.9%,RSD=1.19%(n=6)。结论此方法简便、快速、准确,可用于余甘子的质量控制。Objective To determine the content of gallic acid in Fructus Phyllanthi. Methods The condition was as follows:AQ C18 (200 ×4.6mm, 5μm) column, methanol-0. 2% phosphoric acid (5:95 ) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength of gallic acid was 273nm. Results The linear relationship was good in the range of 0. 0280 2. 795μg for gallic acid. The recovery rate was 99.9% with RSD--1.19% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid, economical and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Fructus Phyllanthi.
