摘　　要：在建设社会主义新农村过程中,有许多管理方面的问题有待于进一步解决,因此,必须进行管理创新,将企业绩效管理体系引进新农村建设。地方政府将新农村建设的战略目标分解到各个村庄,建立一套科学的新农村建设绩效管理体系。There are many management problems still need to be settled in the socialist new rural construction. So we must innovate management, and introduce the method of performance management system for enterprises into the new rural construction. The strategic goals of new rural construction will be divided to every village by the local government,and establish a performance management system in the new rural construction
