摘 要:文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对广东省4个地市20所中小学120名体育教师的武术教学能力情况进行调查。研究结果表明:中小学体育教师武术教学能力以教材分析能力、教案编写能力、教学设计能力、技术动作讲解与示范能力、教学组织能力、激发学生兴趣能力、纠正错误动作能力、因材施教能力和教学评价能力等9种能力为重要的教学能力。影响武术教学能力的重要因素为武术专业技术的掌握;提高武术教学能力的主要途径为武术专业技能培训以及自主式武术技能学习。The purpose of the study is to investigate P.E teachers' Wushu teaching ability in Guangdong province by the methods of literature review; expert interview; questionnaire and mathematics statistics. 120 teachers in 20 prinaary and middle schools in 4 cities were chosen to participate in the research. At the same time , it focused on the following 9 abilities : ability of analyzing teaching materials ; ability of teaching plan ; teaching design ability ; ability of technical action teaching; demonstration ability ; teaching organization capacity ; ability of stimulating students interests; ability of correction; ability of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and ability of evaluation. The study found that the mastery of Wushu is the main factor associated with Wushu teaching. So it is necessary to enhance the training of Wushu technic and improve the ability of self-study. And the training based on the levels of the teachers should be carried out with good planning and explicit aim.
