MBT技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨MBT技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院近年来收治的42例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者的临床资料。结果：42例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者，通过矫治后，全部上颌前牙前突下颌后缩的症状明显改善，上下牙排列整齐，前牙覆恰覆盖正常，磨牙关系、尖牙关系呈中性[牙合]关系，上下牙列中线对齐，软组织侧貌明显改善。矫治时间为20一25个月，平均23个月。结论：MBT矫治技术是一种高效率的先进的矫治技术，它可用于安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类的矫治，特别是在精确定位牙齿、合理使用矫治力、简洁有效治疗程序等方面具有突出的优点，效果理想，疗程较短，操作简便，是值得在临床推广和应用的先进矫治技术。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effects about cases of ClassⅡ division Ⅰ malocclusion treateded by MBT technology. Methods：Reviewing analyzes the clinical material of 42 cases of Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ nalocclusion by MBT straight wire appliance. Results： After correction, the maxillary anterior teeth protrusion and mandibular retrusion were obviously improved. Normal overbite and overjet were recovered. Maxillary mandibular canine teeth and molar relations were neutroclusion. Malalinements were treated. Upper denture and lower denture medialline were apposition. Soft tissue silhouette were obviously improved. Correction lasted for 20--25months, with average 23months. Conclusions： MBT technology is one kind of high efficiency advanced correction method. The results are satisfactory, course of treatment is shorter, operation is simple and is worthy of the promotion and application in clinical treatment of advanced technology.
