摘　　要：缺少优质的体育运动场所是我国开展社区体育活动,落实《全民健身纲要》的主要障碍之一。构建一种互惠模式,充分利用居民社区中的学校体育运动场馆,发挥学校和社区的各自优势,就成为解决这一障碍的主要途径。One of the obstacles to carry out the program of sports for all and develop community sports is lacking excellent playground. Building up a mode of mutual advantage, which can fully use of the school playground that located in the community and bring the advantages of schools and communities into play becomes a main solution to the obstacle.
