摘　　要：引言 皮革涂饰剂由成膜剂、着色剂、溶剂、助剂组成。通过刷、揩、淋、喷等方式，将配制好的色浆覆盖在皮革表面上．形成一层漂亮的保护性薄膜（也可将薄膜直接贴在皮革上），皮革生产这一重要工序称为皮革涂饰，其中的色浆一般称为皮革涂饰剂中的着色剂或颜料浆。传统的皮革涂饰剂的成份都是溶剂型成份．在生产过程中产生强烈的刺激性气味，且有毒；对生产环境产生严重污染、不利于员工的身体健康。Water borne pigment paste for leather finishing is an important kind of colorant for future development of leather industry. Technical specifications for series excellent water borne pigment paste have been studied primarily and being determined as follows: the particle size is less than 5 microns, the viscosity is less than 100 KU, color intensity of pigment paste is controlled at (100±5) %, chromatic aberration (△E) <0.8, pH value at 4.5 to 7, drying property is grade 2, less foaming, excellent storage stability and good compatibility, testing methods also have been described, which is useful for manufacturers engaging in the works for water borne leather finishing and pigment paste to judge the properties of pigment paste for reference
