摘　　要：培养创新型人才是时代的必然要求,也是高校育人的根本任务和建设创新型国家的关键。阐述了农林院校创新型人才内涵、基本特征和培养的紧迫性,探讨了农林院校创新型人才素质要求及培养路径,对农林院校创新型人才的培养具有一定的借鉴作用。Cultivate innovative talent is an inevitable requirement of the times, and it is the fundamental task of the educating of the high school and the key of building an innovation-oriented countries. This article explain the Connotation, basic features and the urgency for the cultivation talent for the agriculture and forestry high school, discuss the requirement and the path for cultivation for the innovative talent in the agriculture and forestry high school, it will play a reference role for the agriculture and forestry high school to cultivate innovative talent.
