摘  要:以Ti,Al,C粉末为原料,采用XD法与铸造法相结合的工艺制备了体积分数为5%的TiC/ZA43复合材料,研究了TiC/ZA43复合材料的铸态组织以及增强相TiC颗粒的尺寸与分布。试验结果表明:TiC在复合材料中具有良好的稳定性,且随着Al-TiC预制块加入温度的提高,颗粒分布更加均匀,晶粒细化效果更为显著。5%TiC/ZA43 composites were prepared with Ti, Al, C powder by combining the advantages of both XD and casting techniques. The ascast microstructures of TiC/ZA43 composite as well as the size and distribution of TiC particulate rinforcement phase were studied. It was found that TiC particulate in composite exhibited excellent stability, the distribution of TiC particulate in matrix became more homogeneous and the microstructures became finer with increase of the prepared AlTiC addition temperature.
