摘  要:当前,有机磷农药正被大量用于农作物的病虫害防治而保证高产丰收。然而农产品中的有机磷农药残留会对消费者的身体健康构成危害。因此,建立一套高效实用的农产品中有机磷农药残留检测方法是十分必要的。本文采用"全自动加压溶剂萃取仪(APLE-2000)"作为样品前处理手段,对部分蔬菜水果中的有机磷残留做了提取以及方法回收率实验,并与传统预处理(手工)方法的回收率结果做了对比。结果表明,萃取仪方法的回收率(80~105%)要明显优于传统手工方法(51~81%),而且省时(12min/样)省力。因此,采用全自动溶剂萃取仪作为农残分析的前处理手段是非常适合的,具有广阔的应用前景。Today organic phosphate pesticides are being widely used on farm against plant diseases and insect pests. Unfortunately the organic phosphate pesticide residues on the farm produces would impair people's health. So it's very necessary to build a practical procedure with high efficiency for the determination of organic phosphate pesticide residues. This work employed "Automated pressurized liquid extractor(APLE-2000)" to pretreat some vegetables and fruits. And the recoveries of organic phosphate pesticides after both APLE-2000 and classical method (handwork) treatment were investigated. The results showed that the method of APLE-2000 had much better recoveries (80-- 105%) than those(51 -81%) of conventional handwork method. What's more, APLE-2000 is with high efficiency (12min/sample) and low labor intensity. Therefore, APLE-2000 is very suitable to pretreat samples for the detection of pesticide residues and it possesses a great market foreground in this field.
