摘　　要：高等教育的目标是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才，创新教育的实质就是个性化教育。只有实施个性化教育，才能培养出创新型人才。个性化教育是创新教育的基础和关键。本文就教育改革如何突出个性化、以个性化教育促进创新教育进行初步阐述。The objectives of the higher education are to cultivate senior specialists having the sense of creation and the ability to deal with actual questions. The essential of innovation education is individualized education since only implementing individualized education can meet the necessity to cultivate person with creative ability. The individualized education is the base and the key factor of the innovation education. This paper is to preliminarily discuss on how to prominent the position of the individualized education and how to promote the innovation education.
