摘 要:选取4种不同变质程度的煤类,对原煤及其显微组分进行了热解特性研究,利用最大失重速率评价了原煤及其显微组分富集物的热解反应性,并采用一级反应模型、Doyle积分法求取了样品的动力学参数。动力学分析结果表明,由于样品热解各段的反应历程不同,因此求取的热解动力学参数也不同,4种原煤及其显微组分主要热解段的表观活化能介于35.93 kJ/mol^63.84 kJ/mol。Samples of different coal rank were prepared in this test. Pyrolysis of coal and maceral concentrates were studied. Pyrolysis reactivity of coal and maceral concentrates was evaluated by maximum weight loss rate. Kinetic parameters of samples were achieved using Doyle integration method and first-grade reaction model. Kinetics results indicated that pyrolysis kinetic parameters were dissimilar because of different reaction mechanism in each section. The apparent activation energy of raw coal and their maceral concentrates were between 35.93-63.84 kJ/mol in the main pyrolysis section.
