摘　　要：通过对博尔特在北京奥运会100米比赛的录像的图像和数据研究,查阅大量的文献资料,试图从博尔特的技术动作,全程跑节奏,心理状态等方面来探讨他成功的原因。希望广大教练员能从中获得启发,期盼我国短跑能取得突破性进展。Through analyzing the video images and data of Bolt 100 meters competition in the Beijing Olympic Games, this paper tries to explore the reasons for Bolt＇s success from the technical movements, the entire process of running rhythm, technique, mental state and so on. Hoping the majority of coaches can get inspiration and achieve a breakthrough in our sprint running.
