安全型套针在防范临床护士穿刺损伤中的作用

摘　　要：目的了解安全型套针在预防临床护士穿刺针刺伤中的作用,为临床护士穿刺损伤职业防范提供实践支持。方法收集2003年至2007年本科96例护士的临床资料,回顾性分析其穿刺针刺伤情况,通过对2005年前与2005年后的刺伤情况进行比较分析(我科自2005年以来引进安全型套针)以了解安全型套针在预防临床护士穿刺针刺伤中的作用。结果2005年以前使用普通型套针护士穿刺针损伤发生率为22%;2005年后使用安全型套针穿刺护士穿刺针损伤发生率为7%;两组患者穿刺损伤发生率差异具有统计学意义(P=0.046<0.05)。结论与以往普通套针相比,安全型套针在降低穿刺损伤发生率方面具有显著意义,值得临床推广。Objective Learn clinical effective about the Safety pin-type package in the prevention of needle puncture wound, to provide practical support to prevent career injury. Conclusion compared to the general set of needles, safety pin-type package in the reduction of the incidence of puncture injury with significant, worthy to be popularized.
