摘  要:在回顾相关理论的基础上运用地理集中度指数和产业集聚结构效益指数等指标对中国果汁产业集聚测度与评价的结果表明:中国果汁产业集聚发展水平已经较高,但近年来却呈现下降趋势;中国果汁产业的整体经济效益有所提高,但相对于整个制造业还较缓慢;中国果汁产业集聚的专业化程度较高,但地区之间差异明显且呈弱化趋势。Based on reviewing the basic theory, geographic concentration index and the structure of industrial clustering, such as efficiency index, the clustering China's fruit juice industries was measured and evaluated. The results showed that Chinese fruit juice industries had a higher level of development, but in recent years had shown a downward trends; Chinese fruit juice industry increased the overall economic benefits, but more slow than the whole manufacturing sector ; Chinese fruit juice industries had a higher degree of specialization, but the obvious differences between regions and the trend was weakening.
