维吾尔族与汉族近视患者中央角膜厚度的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析维吾尔族与汉族近视患者中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)是否存在差异,了解维吾尔族近视患者中央角膜厚度与角膜曲率、眼压值及屈光度关系。方法:对屈光中心就诊近视患者汉族137例274眼及维吾尔族患者115例230眼测量其角膜中央厚度、眼压、屈光度及角膜曲率,分析维吾尔族与汉族CCT差异性及维吾尔族CCT与角膜曲率、眼压值及屈光度关系。结果:维吾尔族CCT(514.94±31.94μm)与汉族CCT(514.86±29.50μm)无显著性差异(t=0.029,P=0.977)。维吾尔族近视患者CCT与眼压间差异有统计学意义(r=0.4944,P<0.01)。维吾尔族近视患者CCT与角膜曲率及屈光度间差异无统计学意义(r=0.093,P>0.05;r=0.120,P>0.05)。结论:维吾尔族与汉族CCT无显著性差异,维吾尔族近视患者角膜厚度与眼压间存在相关性,而与角膜曲率及屈光度无相关性。AIM ： To analyze whether there are differences in central corneal thickness （CCT） between the Uygur myopia patients and the Hart nationality myopia patients, and comprehend the relationship of central corneal thickness, corneal curvature, intraocular pressure value and dioptre in Uygur myopia patients. METHODS： The central corneal thickness, intraocular pressure, dioptre and corneal curvature were measured in 137 han nationality cases（274 eyes） and 115 Uygur myopia patients（230 eyes）. The differences of CCT between the Uygur myopia patients and the han nationality myopia patients and the relationship between corneal curvature, intraocular pressure value, dioptre and CCT in the Uygur nationality were analyzed. RESULTS： There were no significant differences of CCT between the Uygur （514. 94 ± 31. 94μm） and the Han （514.86 ±29.50μm） （t=0.029,P=0.977）,and the differences between CCT and lOP in Uygur myopia patients were statistically significant differences between CCT and Uygur myopia patients were 0.05; r=0.120,P〉 0.05）. （r=0.4944, P 〈 0. 01）. The corneal curvature, diopter in not significant（ r = 0. 093, P〉 0.05;r=0.120,P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： There was no significant difference between the Uygur myopia patients and the Han nationality myopia patients in CCT. Corneal thickness was correlated with intraocular pressure, but not with corneal curvature and dioptre.
