难治性弱视服用思利巴临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察服用思利巴治疗难治性弱视的疗效。方法:选择年龄在9～17岁的难治性弱视患者,继续传统治疗加服思利巴作观察组;单纯传统治疗作对照组;比较加服思利巴与单纯传统治疗3mo后患者视力变化情况。结果:观察组疗效明显,对照组疗效不显著,两者之间疗效差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:服用思利巴治疗难治性弱视有效。AIM. To observe the effect of Siliba in treating refractory amblyopia. METHODS. Patients with refractory amblyopia, aged 9- 17 years, were chosen for this study. The observation group （n = 49） received traditional treatment and Siliba, and the control group received traditional treatment only for 3 months. Then the visual acuities were compared between the two groups before and after taking Siliba. RESULTS： The visual acuity was improved much more in the observation group than that in the control group, and there was statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION. Siliba seems to be effective for treating refractory amblyopia.
