摘  要:通过实验对含杂质CO2体系相态特性和CO2低温液态储存蒸发特性进行了研究。杂质含量越高,含杂质CO2体系的泡点压力和露点压力越高;杂质含量对泡点压力的影响程度较大,露点压力仅与杂质含量有关,而与杂质种类无关。初始充满率和环境温度对储罐内CO2压力和液相蒸发率都有显著影响;在初始充满率相同的情况下,外界环境温度越高,储罐内CO2压力和液相温度上升越快,储罐内CO2平均蒸发率越大;在外界环境温度相同的情况下,储罐内CO2初始充满率越高,其平均蒸发率越小。HYSYS软件模拟计算结果与实验结果的对比表明,可以利用HYSYS软件进行含杂质CO2体系相态特性及CO2低温液态储存蒸发特性的模拟分析。Experimental study for phase equilibrium and evaporation characteristics of low temperature liquid phase storage for CO2 with some impurities are carried out. The results of phase equilibrium experimental study show that the higher impurity content in CO2 is, the larger both bubble point dew point pressures of the CO2 system are; and the effect of impurity content on the bubble point pressure is larger than that on the dew point pressure, while the dew point pressure has only relation to the impurity content hut the kinds of impurities. The results of storage experimental study with low temperature liquid phase show that initial liquid volume and environmental temperature have large effects on CO2 pressure and liquid evaporation rate in storage tank. With the same initial liquid volume, higher the environmental temperature is, faster the CO2 pressure and liquid evaporation rate in storage tank increase and larger the average liquid evaporation rate of CO2 in storage tank is. With the same environmental temperature, higher the initial liquid volume is, smaller the average liquid evaporation rate is. With the contrast of HYSYS software and experimental results, HYSYS software can be used to simulate the phase equilibrium and evaporation characteristics of low temperature liquid phase storage for CO2 with some impurities.
