复发性阿弗他溃疡患者间歇期和溃疡期辅助性T细胞细胞因子的变化

摘　　要：目的检测复发性阿弗他溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer,RAU)患者间歇期和溃疡期外周血中辅助性T细胞分泌的细胞因子的变化。方法15例患者,女6例,男9例,抽取间歇期和溃疡期的静脉血,酶联免疫法检测血清中IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10的含量,比较患者间歇期和溃疡期细胞因子的变化。结果患者溃疡期血清中的IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4含量明显高于间歇期,两者的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清中IL-10的含量在间歇期和溃疡期无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论RAU患者溃疡期的细胞免疫相关细胞因子发生变化,Th1和Th2细胞失衡。Objective To evaluate the changes of T helper cell secreting eytokines in the patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer at ulcer and intermission stages. Methods Peripheral venous blood samples from 15 patients （6 females and 9 males） were taken at ulcer stage and intermission, respectively, for determination of serum concentrations of IL-2,IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10 with enzyme-linked immumosorbent assay. Results The serum concentrations of IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4 at ulcer stage were significantly greater than those at intermission （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No statistically significant differences of the serum concentrations of IL-10 was found between the two stages （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The results of this study suggest that the changes of immune response and the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cells occur in the patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer at ulcer stage.
