摘　　要：目的:探讨磨牙折裂保存治疗的方法及修复折裂牙的疗效。方法:随机选择146例(167颗牙),根据不同类型采取全冠、结扎固定牙冠,根管治疗后全冠保护修复患牙,追踪随访2年,对其效果进行分析。结果:隐裂型牙成功率91.8%,斜折型为89.9%,纵折型为72.7%,总成功率为88.0%。结论:磨牙折裂保存治疗效果良好,在保持患者咀嚼功能,提高生活质量等均具有一定临床应用价值。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of repairing the odontoclasis with protective therapy.Methods： 147 of odontoclasisis were chosen and fixed with steel wire according to their type.After root canal therapy, the complete crown was adopted.Their clinical effects were observed for two years.Results：The effect ratio was 91.8% for eryptotype odontoclasis,89.9% for oblique odontoclasis,72.7% for vertical odontoclasis.The total ratio was 88.0%.Conclusion：Repairing odontoelasis with protective therapy has certain clinical value for maintaining mastieatory function and increasing quatily of life.
