广州市631名大学生复发性阿弗他溃疡的发病调查

摘　　要：为制订干预措施,控制和降低RAU的发病率,利用自编的《复发性阿弗他溃疡调查表》,对631名在校学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明,631人中有375人患复发性阿弗他溃疡,患病率为59.43%,其中频发为8.56%,偶发为50.87%,患病学生中伴有消化道症状的有47.46%,几乎每个患病学生都认为复发性阿弗他溃疡的发病都与饮食有关。提示广州市在校医学生复发性阿弗他溃疡的发生率与饮食等因素密切相关,开展饮食干预有很大的需求基础。In order to investigating and analysis the incidence and associated factors of recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU） in the school medical students of Guangzhou, and to provide reference to control and reduce the incidence of RAU, self - compiled the ＂recurrent aphthous ulcers questionnaire survey＂ was applied to the 631 students for a investigating questionnaire. The results showed that 375 students suffering from recurrent aphthous ulcers in them, the incidence is 59. 43%, and 8.56% students are the frequently seizures, the occasionally seizures are 50. 87%, the suffering students with gastrointestinal symptoms are 47.46%, and almost suffering students consider that the attacks of RAU are related to diet. It concluded the attacks of RAU in Guangzhou medical students may be closely related with dietary factors, the base of interrupting demand in diet are larger.
