摘　　要：高质量的工程科技人才是创新型国家建设的重要人力资源。工程素质是工科毕业生的本质特征,高等工程教育是培养合格工程科技人才的主要环节。本文在分析国际工程教育趋势和国内高等工程教育环境的基础上,研究了本科院校工程教育中普遍存在的问题,并从工程观的树立、人才培养模式的优化、工程实践本征的突出、工程素质的培养、实践能力和创新意识的提升等方面,提出了保证工程科技人才培养质量的对策。In innovating country building process, the group of qualified engineers is the important manpower. Higher Engineering Education is the primary phase in engineer＇s pullulation. Based on analysing the environment of higher engineering education, the author researched the problem of engineer＇s culturing, and adavanced countermeasures in view renovating, culturing - mode optimizing, engineering- essence forming, ability of prcatice and inaugurating consciousness nurturacing ,etc.
