氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂消毒根管的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂在根管治疗中的疗效分析。方法将106例136颗急慢性根尖周炎的患牙(切牙、尖牙、双尖牙)患牙按分层随机法分两组,每组68颗患牙,试验组68颗患牙根管内封入氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂作为根管内消毒;对照组68颗患牙根管内封入甲醛甲酚作为根管内消毒。封药后一周评价疗效。结果试验组与对照组相比:试验组有效率95.59%,明显高于对照组80.88%。经χ2检验,P<0.01差异有统计学意义。结论氢氧化钙的抗菌作用强,且无刺激性,无细胞毒性,无过敏反应,促进根尖组织再生,生物相容性好,有持续消毒效果,是一种理想的根管消毒剂。Objective analysis in the disinfecting by root canals with Calcium Hydroxide with iodoform.Methods 136 teeth among 106 cases suffering from acute ＆ chronic periapical periodontitis （incisor,canine and bicuspid） were divided into two groups （group A is test group and group B is contrast group ） in randomized study ,each was included in 68 teeth. The teeth of Group A were sealing into Calcium Hydroxide with iodoform,and the teeth of group B were sealing FC. One week later,the effects was evaluated.Results We contrast to group A and group B,the effect ratio （ 95.59% ） is evidently higher than that of group B （80.88% ）. tested by χ^2,P〈0.01.Conclusion Calcium Hydroxide has a strong effect on resisting bacterium. It has also some advantages on stimulation-free,toxicity-free,anaphylaxis-free,promoting the regeneration of apical tissue,good consistence tissue and lasting disinfection. So it is a good disinfector of root canals.
