摘  要:目的:探讨用化学发光免疫法检测尿游离皮质醇(UFC)的影响因素。方法:用化学发光免疫测定药盒对加入不同防腐剂的标本、存放温度不同的标本和24 h尿量不同的标本进行测定。结果:防腐剂为盐酸和叠氮钠时,UFC测定水平较低(P<0.001),置于4℃的标本的UFC略高于置于-20℃的标本,而未服强的松龙时的UFC水平则较服药时显著降低(P<0.001)。结论:防腐剂和24 h尿量对UFC测定水平均有不同程度的影响。Objective:To investigate the factors that effected the measurement of urine free cortisol (UFC) by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Methods:Chemiluminescence immunoassay kit was used to test UFC level in the following samples: samples preserved by different preservative agents, samples preserved under various temperature and samples of various 24 hour urine volume. Results:UFC level was lower (P 〈 0. 001 ) when using hydrochloric acid and sodium azide as the preservative agent. Compared with - 20℃, UFC level of samples preserved under 4℃ slightly increased. UFC level of patients who were taking prednisolone significantly increased as compared with their baseline level without prednisolone (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion:Preservative agents and 24 hour urine volume have significant effect on the measurement of UFC level.
