摘  要:基于超临界直流锅炉的运行数据,建立了炉膛蒸发受热面的静态数学模型,所给出的动量、能量微分方程和完整的IAPWS-IF97物性工业方程相耦合,并给出物性代数方程、动量和能量微分方程组成的混合方程组的求解方法,得到工质参数沿受热面流程的数值解。模型预测结果和试验数据吻合良好。该模型能够根据蒸发受热面的运行环境预测工作状态,确定工质分相点位置,可用于受热面的运行监测和诊断,指导超临界直流锅炉燃烧和汽温控制。Basing on the running data of evaporating heat surface in supercritical pressure once-through boiler, a static-state mathematical model was put forward, the momentum and energy differential equations were coupled with the algebraic equations of properties of industrial water and steam, approaches for solutions of the coupled algebraic and differential equations were presented, steam and water parameters profiles along it's journey were settled out, model results accord with the actual operation data. The model can predict water and steam phase transforming position, and be used for heat surface condition monitoring and diagnosis, which are helpful for combustion control and steam temperature regulation.
