摘　　要：文章讨论了开展分子生物学实验的常见问题，如实验内容更新迅速，实验过程较长，实验教学与理论教学脱节等。并提出在分子生物学实验教学中应重视师资队伍与实验室的建设；明确教学目的选择实验内容，加强教材建设；结合实际调节教学模式与方法，实行创新教育的观点。In this paper, we discussed the common problems of molecular biology experiment. For example, the content updated promptly, the process took relatively long time, and experimental teaching divorced from theory teaching. Therefore, we viewed that experimental teaching should take account of the construction of teaching faculty and laboratory, select experiment contents according to the teaching purpose, enhance the editing of teaching materials, adjust the teaching models and methods according to the facts and carry out reforms in education.
