摘　　要：根据我院设备管理实际,提出了设备配置原则,设备预算管理、绩效评价及设备管理的组织机构、申请程序、购买与招标、使用与维修等方面的操作方法与实践经验,为同类医院的设备管理提供了相关的借鉴意义。Based on the practice of hospital equipment management, this paper puts forward principles of equipment disposition, budget, and performance evaluation as well as methods and experiences on euqipment management organization, procedures of declaration, application, biding, purchase, usage and maintenance for the reference of other hospitals.
