摘  要:杭州湾大桥中引桥区为70 m预应力混凝土简支转连续箱梁,其整孔预制和海上架设的技术要求高、施工难度大,须对施工过程中的箱梁线形和应力控制进行研究。采用杆系模型计算箱梁预制和施工过程中的应力分布和线形变化,主要分析了收缩徐变对结构线形的影响并简要分析二次张拉对收缩徐变的作用。研究表明,收缩徐变对结构线形的影响不容忽略。并通过实测值和理论值的比较,验证了研究的可靠性,为今后同类桥型施工控制提供参考。The Middle Approach Bridge of Hangzhou Bay Bridge which is 70m P.C. continuous box girder transformed from simple-supported system requires high technique. Its construcnon is realty challenging in pre-fabrication and marine erection, so the research on controlling the geometric and stress of the box girder are needed. Through the finite element model of rod system, the stress distribution and deformation are caculated detailedly, and the action of shrinkage and creep on geometric of the structure and the effect of secondary stretching on shrinkage and creep are analyzed. Numerical results show that the effect of shrinkage and creep on geometrics of the structure can not be ingnored. Through the comparison of the experimental value and the theoretical value ,it has confirmed reliability of the research. It will provide the reference for the future control of the long span bridge construction.
