低场MR对乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评估低场MR对乳腺癌的表现和诊断价值。方法收集本院近3年间(2005年5月至2008年6月)资料完整的乳腺MRI检查并经手术(或穿刺)后病理证实的乳腺癌患者40例作为研究对象,对其临床资料及MRI等影像表现进行回顾性分析。结果患者均为女性,年龄38～86岁,平均49岁,大多数为浸润性导管癌(20例)及髓样癌(16例),只有4例为浸润性特殊型癌,黏液腺癌,本组研究显示MRI对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为98.6%、86.5%、89.5%。结论乳腺癌的MRI表现较有特异性,MRI为乳腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断提供了一种安全有效的影像学手段,特别是MRI增强扫描可极大提高诊断和鉴别诊断的敏感度和特异度,成为鉴别乳腺良、恶性疾病的最佳影像手段。Objective To study the performance and the diagnostic value of Low Field Magnetic Resonance Imaging（MRI） for the mammarg glands cancer. Methods The collections（collection） my hospital during three years is the mammary glands MRI check of the data integrity combine the mammary glands cancer of pathologic confirmation through surgical operation（ or wear to stab） sufferer 40 the examples be the research ob- ject, as to itg the clinical data and MRI etc. image performances carry on looking back the sex analysis. Results The sufferer of the result is the female all ,38-of age 86 years old, average 49 years old, the majority is gradually sex pipe cancer（20example） and the medullary cancer（16example） ,only have 4 the examples are gradually a cancer of sex, gluing the liquid gland cancer, this research manifestation MRI distinguishes to 98.6% , 86. 5% ,89. 5% to the sensitivity particularity and accuracies that the mammary glands cancer examine a pa- tient. Conclusion The MRI performance of the conclusion mammary glands cancer has the particularity more, MRI for mammary glands the diagnosis of the cancer and discriminated to examine a patient to provide a kind of safe valid image to learn the means, strengthenning to scan the MRI especially then can raise to examine a pa- tient and discriminate the diagnostic sensitive degree biggest and especially difference ,become discriminating the best image means of good and malignant paroxysm of mammary glands.
