摘 要:本试验旨在探讨重组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)对固始鸡免疫机能的影响。应用大体解剖技术和免疫技术,对重组IL-2对固始鸡免疫机能的影响进行了研究。注射固始鸡IL-2的各免疫组的抗体水平均高于鸡志贺氏菌苗组,明显高于空白对照组;各免疫组抗体水平在第2~3周达到最高水平,以后在4~7周内基本保持恒定水平;注射IL-2的各免疫组的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数基本上均高于空白对照组和鸡志贺氏菌苗组。重组IL-2可促进固始鸡免疫器官的生长发育和成熟,增强鸡的免疫机能,可抵抗各种病原微生物的感染。To discuss the effects of the recombinant interleukin-2 on the immune function of the Gushi chicken, the gross anatomy of technology and the immunity technology were applied to investigate the impacts of the recombinant interleukin-2 on immune function of Gushi chicken. The antibody levels in the every immunized group which was injected interleukin-2 were higher than the average Gushi chicken Shigella vaccine group, and they were notably higher than the control group. The antibody levels of all the groups in the second to third weeks achieved the highest level, and they remained a constant level in the fourth to seventh weeks. The spleen index, the thymus index and the IBD index in the every immunized group which was injected interleukin-2 were basically higher than the control group and chicken Shigella vaccine group. Gushi chicken recombinant interleukin-2 could promote the rapid growth and maturity of the chicken immune organ, and could enhance the immune function of chicken to resist all kinds of infection of pathogenic microbiology.
