摘  要:为赋予棉织物多种特殊功能,合成了接枝β-环糊精的壳聚糖,将其添加到以柠檬酸为交联剂,次亚磷酸钠为催化剂的棉织物抗皱整理中。结果表明,添加接枝β-环糊精的壳聚糖比单独添加壳聚糖和壳聚糖与β-环糊精混合物的整理效果好。通过正交试验确定的最佳工艺条件为:柠檬酸80 g/L,次亚磷酸钠50 g/L,接枝β-环糊精的壳聚糖3 g/L,焙烘温度180℃,焙烘时间3 min。整理后棉织物折皱回复角提高了105°,吸香性能提高到2.5倍多,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有明显的抑菌效果,且白度和断裂强力下降程度略有改善。In order to impart multifunctions to cotton fabric, chitosan grafted with β-cyelodextrin was prepared, which was applied to the durable press finishing of cotton fabric with citric acid as erosslinker and sodiun hypophosphite as catalyst. The results showed that the effect of treatment of chitosan grafted with β- cyelodextrin is superior to that of chitosan and chitosan blended with β-cyclodextrin. The optimum process was determined by orthogonal experimens as follows: citric acid 80 g/L, sodiun hypophosphite 50 g/L, chitosan grafted with β-cyclodextrin 3 g/L, cured at 180 ℃ for 3 min. The wrinkle recovery angle of the finished fabric increased by 105°, the store perfume properties increased to over 2.5 times. The finished fabric had the inhibition to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli and its breaking strength and whiteness were also improved.
