摘　　要：目的观察自体外周血干细胞移植（APBSCT）治疗恶性淋巴瘤的初期疗效。方法自2007年6月至2009年4月，以APBSCT治疗恶性淋巴瘤患者共19例，非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）15例，霍奇金淋巴瘤（HD）4例。全部病例以MOED＋G-CSF动员，以CEAC方案预处理。结果所有患者移植后造血功能均快速重建。中性粒细胞大于0．5×10^9／L和PLT〉20×10^9／L，分别为8．6d、9．8d。随访至2009年5月，4例复发，其余患者无病存活1～23个月。结论以CEAC方案预处理的APBSCT对于恶性淋巴瘤治疗安全高，疗效较好。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficiency of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation（APBSCT） on the treatment of malignant lymphoma. Methods Nineteen patients were treated with APBSCT which included 15with non Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL）and 4 with Hodgkin＇s disease（HD）. MOED regiment was used for PBSC mobilization. Conditioning regimens were CEAC regiment. Results All patients were engrafted and hematopoietic reconstitution was rapid：The mean days of ANC recovery up to 0.5×10^9/L were 8.6 days and PLT up to 20×10^9/L were 9.8 days. Followed-up to May 2009,4 cases relapsed post-transplantation,and 15 patients disease-free for one to twenty-three months. Conclusion Our study suggests that APBSCT is effective and safety in patients with malignant lymphoma.
