联合根除幽门螺杆菌治疗功能性消化不良362例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的功能性消化不良(FD)患者的疗效。方法将722例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的功能性消化不良患者随机分两组,对照组360例根据个体化原则给予抗抑郁、促胃动力及中药治疗,治疗组362例在个体化治疗基础上联合应用根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗,疗程均为1周,随访12个月。结果治疗组有效275例,总有效率76.0%,对照组有效172例,总有效率48.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染阳性的功能性消化不良患者在治疗时联合根除幽门螺杆菌治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） eradication in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 722 cases of FD patient with Hp positive were divided into two groups randomly： 362 cases in treatment group received treatment of Hp eradication based on individualized treatment,and the control group received treatment of antidepressant,gastric motility promoting, and traditional chinese medicine therapy. The course of treatment of was one week, and the follow-up term was 12 months. Results The symptoms of 275 cases in treatment group could be improved, the total rate of validity was 76.0 % ,and 172 cases were found improved in the control group, the total rate of validity was 48.0 %, P〈0.05. Conclusion The symptoms of Hp positive FD patients can be obviously improved by therapy binding Hp eradication.
