摘  要:目的比较16层螺旋CT常规横断位扫描和多平面重建(MPR)对前列腺癌的解剖结构和影像特征的显示,探讨MPR在前列腺癌诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法收集92例手术、病理证实的前列腺癌患者的资料,对其16层螺旋CT的MPR和横断高分辨薄层图像作对比分析。结果92例前列腺癌患者中,MPR在显示肿瘤大小、密度差异、表面光滑度、包膜完整性、毗邻组织界限等方面明显优于横断位,盆腔转移的显示率不如薄层横断位。结论16层螺旋CT前列腺癌后处理图像更能显示其细微的影像学特征,可提供更多的诊断信息,弥补横断位图像的不足。Objective To compare the function of conventional axial scanning and (multi-planar reconstruction MPR)to display the anatomical structure and imaging characteristics of prostate cancer in 16-slice spiral CT, and to explore the application of MPR in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods Collected information of 92 patients who were confirmed prostate cancer by operation and pathology. Made comparative analysis of MPR of 16-slice spiral CT and thin-layer cross-sectional high-resolution images. Results In the 92 cases, MPR was better than axial scanning at displaying the size, density, surface smoothness, capsoul integrity and boundary of the tumor, but worse at displaying pelvic metastasis. Conclusion The post-processing images in 16-slice spiral CT works well to show subtle imaging features of prostate cancer, to provide more diagnostic information, and it can compensate for the lack of cross-sectional image.
