综合疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察整体治疗法对周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。[方法]将110例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为整体组（68例）和对照组（42例），观察其疗效，并观察电针测定面神经病损程度与疗效的关系。[结果]两种针刺手法治疗有效率分别为98．5％和90．5％。整体组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]整体治疗法对各种时期的面神经麻痹疗效十分确切。[ Objective] To observe the overall therapy on the efficacy of peripheral facial paralysis, [ Methods ] 110 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into the overall group （68 cases） and control group （42 cases）, to observe its effect, and to observe the determination of electro -acupuncture side effect of the degree of neurological damage relations. [ Results ] The two methods of acupuncture treatment eftlciency of 98.5% and 90.5%. Overall group effect than the control group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] The overall treatment of a variety of facial paralysis during the very precise effect.
